KARL J. PhD
Karl brings to his clients many years of professional experience from the fields of international consulting, corporate management, public relations and higher education.
For approximately 30 years, he has served both domestic and international client organizations representing the high-tech industry, aerospace, transportation, health care, higher education, manufacturing and hospitality industry. Over the years he has had extensive living periods in the United Kingdom, France, Australia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. He completed a 4-year assignment in Macedonia (the former Yugoslavia) under a contract to USAID, consulting to newly privatized companies. Karl recently completed a 6-year consulting assignment in Saudi Arabia. He has successfully implemented assignments involving the application of the following management processes:

Karl’s corporate experience includes various international assignments with Federal Express. In addition he served as Director of Management Resources and Planning for Rockwell International and the $20 billion B1B aircraft program.
Karl held various academic and administrative appointments at Northeastern University and Springfield College. He has also taught for approximately ten years at the UCLA Extension Division. Over the years he has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in management, organization behavior, management consulting processes, human resources and management development practices. In addition to the above he served as Director of Professional Development for the Public Relations Society of America in New York City. Currently Karl is an Adjunct Professor teaching graduate courses in Global Strategic Management and Marketing at the university of Texas at Austin.
